Migraine Headaches

Today I want to chat about migraine headaches,

The way I see it there are 3 types of migraine headaches The first is hormone's and the second is vitamin d deficiency the third is muscle related.

1. Hormones as most of you know hormones play a very impotent roll in the way we work. I know of lady's that have changed their pill and it has stopped the migraine's, All they did was went to a pill with more Progesterone.Im not saying this is for you, Here is a web page you should start your research if you think this could be you

Detoxing the liver is it worth doing

Detoxing

With all the bad food we all eat these days yes detoxing the liver is one thing we should be doing. The way I under stand it the liver works great at cleaning the bad stuff we put into our bodies but it can only do so much, If the work load is to much for the liver to handle your hormones will not work as they should and if the hormones aren't working as they should your body want be working as it should.

This is what I do 1-2 times a week I get 1 lemon & I juice it then I add it to 500mls of filled water along with 1 tablespoon of honey or maple sirup with a pinch of salt then I sip this over about 2 hours so the body get the full benefit of it, For those of you who like sports drinks this is an old fashion sports drink.(I also add a pinch of chilly powder but thats up to you.)

Hi Guys & Girls

First of all I have know idea what Im doing here but Im just giving it ago.

My intentions are to try and help just one person to better heath, Im not a Dr Im just someone that wants to help others.

Dehydration

Almost all of us are dehydrated is some way.

Dehydration is a major producer of stress in the body and it alters the balance of amino acids.This will allow DNA errors during cell division that can lead to many diseases such as cancer and other cell mutation problems. So dehydration is not good for you at all.


Did you know that it can take 1 month to get your body rehydrated.


So how do we rehydrate our bodies, 


First it all depends on where you live and what work you do, So Im not going to say how much water you should be drinking, What I will tell you is how to drink it. You need to just sip water a little at a time works better than by drinking a lot in won go, By drinking a little your body uses it, If you skull water it only ends up in won place and it will bloat you to, This might be why most people don't like water.


Most of the drink we love dehydrate us,


If you have a bad back being hydrated will help.


So today I want you to take 10min to google the effects of dehydration on the body.
