My Cluster Headaches Story

My Cluster Headaches started after a deep tissue massage with the use of hot wheat packs. Rebound Headaches

I told a lady about rebound headaches yesterday & she had never herd of them, I was (amazed) that she had never herd of them.

My opinion

We fill our bodies with to many medication these days and these meds end up in our muscles witch are over worked in the first place witch is way we have taken the meds. When a muscle is over work it gets a knot in it, This knot is a build up of metabolic wast, It's a blockage so the more meds we take the bigger this knot get, Bigger knot's = rebound headaches.
