Detoxing the liver is it worth doing

Detoxing

With all the bad food we all eat these days yes detoxing the liver is one thing we should be doing. The way I under stand it the liver works great at cleaning the bad stuff we put into our bodies but it can only do so much, If the work load is to much for the liver to handle your hormones will not work as they should and if the hormones aren't working as they should your body want be working as it should.

This is what I do 1-2 times a week I get 1 lemon & I juice it then I add it to 500mls of filled water along with 1 tablespoon of honey or maple sirup with a pinch of salt then I sip this over about 2 hours so the body get the full benefit of it, For those of you who like sports drinks this is an old fashion sports drink.(I also add a pinch of chilly powder but thats up to you.)
