My Cluster Headaches started after a deep tissue massage with the use of hot wheat packs. Six hours later at about 1 o'clock in the morning my first won hit me, The only way I can explain the pain, Its like having an ice-cream headache for haft an hour along with a sinus headache on steroids at the same time, (It hurts)
When my wife found me I was curled up on the floor crying banning my head on the cement floor. She when to get me some panadol but by the time she go back to me it had stopped? What happen she asked I tried to tell her what had happen but I was lose for words.
I got in to see a Dr in the morning I tolled him what had happen and he tolled me it was a Cluster Headache, He tolled me there wasn't any medication he could give me and said you will have to learn how to live with them. He gave me a print out of his medical book to have a read of and sent me on me way. I was only 30 years old. I got on the computer and looked it up he was wright.
